Hi, I'm Brandy — and yes, I actually love people. Not in a "I have to say that on my website" way, but in a genuine, people-watching-at-a-farmer's-market, learning-your-cocktail-order-before-you-sit-down kind of way. With 25+ years in customer service and nearly 20 in tourism, events, and hospitality, I've spent a long time figuring out what makes people tick — and then using that knowledge to make their experiences unforgettable.My career has taken me from behind the bar to behind the brand, and in 2022 I made it official by founding Be Amazing Marketing — because at some point you have to bet on yourself. I've grown social media accounts from zero to 14k reach, turned a nearly-extinct farmers market into a 100+ vendor community hub, saved a resort $3,000/month by bringing their marketing in-house, and helped businesses across Northern Michigan find their voice online. Whether it's a clever caption, a well-timed email campaign, or a billboard you can't unsee — I live for the moment a brand clicks with its audience.Now I'm adding a powerful new dimension to the mix: AI and automation. I'm deeply into tools like n8n and Activepieces for building workflows that actually work while you sleep, and I use AI — including Claude and ChatGPT — for content generation, strategy, and the kind of creative brainstorming that used to require a whiteboard and three cups of coffee. On the design side, I'm highly proficient in Canva and fluent in the language of HubSpot, Constant Contact, Midjourney, and more. The goal? Marketing that feels human and personal, powered by technology that scales.I bring honesty, a Bachelor's in Marketing from Western Michigan University, a ServSafe certification, a Cicerone beer credential (yes, really), and an almost dangerous enthusiasm for helping businesses grow.
